Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

All Acekard 2i cards come with a 1 year warranty against any and all manufacturer defects.  Should you receive an Acekard 2i that is not functioning as it should, we will swiftly replace the card for you.  Return shipping of the defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, and we shall cover the cost of shipping a new Acekard 2i to you.

If for any reason, within 1 year after purchase, your Acekard 2i should become defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your card at no cost to you.  Once again, you must send back the defective merchandise to us, using our online stores RMA system.  Once we receive the product, we will swiftly send another card to you at our expense.  The cost of shipping the defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, while we will pay for the shipping of the new card direct to your door.
